Countries where we deliver our physical products

Metropolitan France: The delivery of Products will be carried out by the services of La Poste.
International: We ship to the following countries: (Mainland shipments only) GERMANY / AUSTRIA / BELGIUM / DENMARK / SPAIN / IRELAND / ITALY / LUXEMBOURG / NETHERLANDS / PORTUGAL / GREECE / SWITZERLAND

Digital products

Our digital products will be instantly downloadable following the order. There is currently no country restriction for purchasing these products. These products are in PDF format.

Packaging & Shipping

Being concerned about the environment, we have decided not to create specific packaging for our physical products. They will be delivered to you with the necessary to ensure their protection during transport.

Our priority is that your products are delivered to you above all in perfect condition.
However, if transport damage is to be deplored, we urge you to contact us as soon as possible and provide us with photographs of the damaged package, the damaged product and the transport label on the box.
After analysis of the photographs, we will replace or refund as soon as possible.
Shipping costs are a customer contribution to postage and packaging and are calculated on the basis of the weight, volume and fragility of the products purchased. Shipping costs are not subject to commercial margin.

A parcel tracking number will be sent by email to the Customer as soon as his order is dispatched.
Shipping times are 3 to 8 days for an address in metropolitan France after validation of payment.
This period may be extended in the event of public holidays or weekends during this period, exceptional events in the life of the company, or annual leave.

Delivery times for Products made to order or according to the Customer’s specific specifications are set at a maximum of 2 weeks.
In the case of an order combining new products and custom or made-to-order products, the shipment may be made in several packages and the deadlines specific to each type of product.
Darksails will be able to inform the customer directly by email as soon as details of the delivery time are available.

Shipping tax

Depending on where you live, you might be requested to pay local import taxes. Darksails will not fund these taxes.

Question Return & Refund


Our Return & Refund policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, products will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to us unused. It must also be in the original packaging.

Downloadable patterns are exempt from our refund policy.

How to proceed ?

To return your product, you should first send us an email at for specific instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (this includes the initial shipping costs to your address as well as the shipping cost to send the items back to us).
If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds may take a certain amount of time depending on where you live. In case you haven’t received your refund yet after two weeks time, be sure to check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will give you the details of where to ship the item.
