Built from 3 mm vegetable-tanned full-grain leather in our Bordeaux workshop, this multitool sheath is assembled with Chicago screws for a rigid construction that holds its shape under daily carry. The snap button flap keeps your tool secure without slowing you down, while the open bottom lets the handle sit accessible for a clean, one-handed draw.
The integrated belt loop fits standard belts up to 50 mm wide, sitting flat against your hip with no shift or play. Compatible with most full-size multitools including the Leatherman Surge, Wave, and similar models. The leather will develop a personal patina with use, hardening and darkening where it meets your tools.
Your vegetable-tanned leather will develop natural patina over time. This is not a defect, it's a sign of authentic, quality materials.
In order to make it last, use natural leather balm every year or when the leather seems a bit dry. Apply with a soft cloth and buff gently.

Full-Grain Vegetable-Tanned Leather
We use the finest leather available: full-grain, vegetable-tanned over several months. No chrome, no harsh chemicals. Just natural tannins extracted from tree bark, the way it's been done for centuries.
This leather keeps its natural markings and original texture. It's not sanded down or coated with plastic layers. That's why it ages so beautifully. Over the years, it develops a rich patina that tells your story.
