Returns & exchanges

Every Darksails piece is handcrafted and inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, contact us — we'll cover the return and send you a new piece.

You also have the right to change your mind. If your item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, no questions asked.

To initiate a return, email us at admin@darksails.fr with your order number and a few photos if relevant. Return shipping costs are your responsibility for standard returns ; we cover them if the item is defective.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused. Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned.

Refund

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Initial shipping costs are refunded only in the case of withdrawal within the 14-day legal period.

Warranty

All our items come with a 2-year legal warranty. If an issue arises, we'll prioritise repairing it in our workshop, then replace it if necessary — at no cost to you.
