The hand-burnished edges are finished with an edge slicker for a smooth, refined appearance. Over time, the leather develops a rich patina that tells the story of your daily use.
Your vegetable-tanned leather will develop natural patina over time. This is not a defect, it's a sign of authentic, quality materials.
In order to make it last, use natural leather balm every year or when the leather seems a bit dry. Apply with a soft cloth and buff gently.
